These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Monarch & Mile website and the private-duty home care services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Scope of Services
    Monarch & Mile provides private-duty home care and related non-medical services, including companionship, personal care assistance, and supportive care coordination, in the privacy of your home. Services are provided by qualified caregivers according to a mutually agreed care plan. Our services are not a substitute for physician-directed medical treatment.
  2. Consultations and Care Plans
    A care consultation helps us understand your needs and preferences. Following the consultation, we will prepare a care plan describing the services, schedule, and fees. Services begin only after you approve the care plan.
  3. Appointments and Scheduling
  • Regular shifts are scheduled as agreed in your care plan.
  • Changes, rescheduling, or cancellations should be communicated to us as early as possible; our cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Emergencies may affect scheduling; we will notify you as soon as practicable.
  1. Client Responsibilities
    You agree to provide accurate information about the care needed, ensure reasonable access to the home during scheduled visits, and communicate any changes in condition, medications, or household circumstances that may affect care.
  2. Payment and Billing
    Fees are set out in your care plan and may be billed hourly or on a monthly basis. Invoices are due as stated on your billing statement. Late payments may be subject to the terms described in your agreement.
  3. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes
    Our services are designed to provide comfort, safety, and support. We do not guarantee any particular medical result or outcome, and we are not a licensed medical provider. Decisions about medical treatment remain with you and your physician.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch & Mile’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services or this website is limited to the fees paid for the services in the period to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  5. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
