Registered nurses (RNs) deliver clinical care — medication administration, wound care, IVs, symptom monitoring and care coordination. Home health aides (HHAs / CNAs) support daily living: bathing, dressing, meals, mobility and companionship. Monarch & Mile offers both, often together, matched to your needs.
After your consultation and care plan, most clients have a caregiver in place within days. For urgent needs, we prioritize same-week starts whenever a match is available.
We work with families on private pay, and our care team can help facilitate Long-Term Care insurance benefits where applicable. We're happy to discuss what's covered during your consultation.
Yes — continuity is central to our care. We match a consistent caregiver (or small team) to you, so they learn your routines, preferences and health changes over time.
Every plan includes guaranteed backup coverage. If your caregiver can't come, we arrange a qualified replacement — your RN care manager coordinates it, so you're never left without support.
